Harlyn Surf School
When you think of Cornwall you think of Surfing! Being one of the best places to surf in the UK, why not try it out for yourself. Harlyn Surf School, described by the Sunday Times as “the best surf school on the North Cornish coast” is Cornwall’s premier surf school and watersports centre offering a choice of fantastic activities for all the family.

Cornwall Segway
If a land-based excursion is more your style, you won't want to miss the fantastic Cornwall Segway based in Newquay. If you haven't set foot on a segway yet, you're missing out! The Segway uses gyroscope technology and self-balances, which means you don't need to balance the segway, but just control where you want to go. Don't worry, you will have a chance to practice on their training ground before you set off on a variety of terrains and challenges, and some purpose built Segway routes.

Hangloose at the Eden Project
Are you ready to try the longest zip-wire in England?! Hangloose at Eden will soar you high above millions of tropical plants and the surrounding countryside. Get ready to cruise 660 meters at a cool 60mph, in no more than 45 seconds - pure exhilaration! If you're still feeling brave after this, why not try the 20m giant cliff swing?! Gravity will launch you into the air on an epic adventure. You'll barely have time to appreciate the jaw-dropping view as you'll be dropping back down to Earth in a breath-taking 50mph free fall...

Via Ferrata Cornwall
Want to conquer your fears? Via Ferrata Cornwall offers everything from South England's only full Via Ferrata course, an epic high wire adventure with a zip wire through their quarries, through to coasteering, climbing, watersports and archery. There's also a Cafe run by The Cornish Barista, wild play areas and nature trails.

The Extreme Academy
At 'Cornwall's ski resort on a beach' the Extreme Academy at Watergate Bay offers a series of surf lessons for all abilities on one of the UK’s best surfing beaches. Experienced instructors, all the best kit to keep you warm and hot showers and changing rooms afterwards. You and your friends can learn something new and have an exhilarating experience by the sea. When you're finally worn out, head over to The Beach Hut for some tasty snacks.

Adrenalin Quarry
Have an unforgettable experience on a very big zip wire over the lake. At 490M long, 50M high & reaching speeds of 40mph, this will be an adventure to remember. The Giant Swing is not for the faint-hearted: it can load up to three at a time, pull you high in the air and then launch you 170ft over the lake before you fall backwards and weightless towards the ground. Then there's axe-throwing, coasteering and the blob, a human catapult!

Paddle Cornwall SUP
If you fancy something a little more calm, why not try paddleboarding! Feel like your walking on water, gliding through the waves, whilst trying to keep your balance! Paddleboarding is a great way to see the coastline of Cornwall and SUP in a Bag provide a range of tours such as Truro River and Portreath.

Adventure fit South West
Adventure fit South West offer a wide range of activities, from paddleboarding and canoeing to indoor rock climbing on those rainy days. Being based in Looe, they also offer navigation, bushcraft and wild camping training on their guided walks around Dartmoor.

Lower Tokenbury Equestrian Centre
Nestled in the beautiful Cornish countryside on the edge of Bodmin Moor, Lower Tokenbury offers adventure at a slower pace, trekking through 100 acres of ancient woodland and parkland with beautiful moorland views.
