Our Help Center is designed to provide you with easy access to the information you need to get the most out of your Visit Cornwall membership. As the platform grows so will the help center. Getting Started

First, let's gather your account credentials, introduce you to the Members portal, and acquaint you with all that is available to you through your Visit Cornwall membership. If you are an existing member, please use the first link to generate your login details. However, if you are a new member, you can skip that step and proceed directly to logging in. Our goal is to help you add, modify, and enhance your business page effectively, so you can make the most of your partnership with Visit Cornwall.

Navigating the Member's Area

Next, let’s get familiar with the Member’s Portal. As we add new features to help you manage your business pages and products, this area will grow, as will the Help Center in order to support you. Feature updates and Tutorials will be added in a clear and simple manner to help you understand how to make your pages the best they can be. We recommend updating content regularly to keep this fresh and engaging for visitors. We are always here to support you so please get in touch for any further assistance.

Your Offering

Regardless of what type of business you are, the process of adding and amending content is the same. As we recently launched V1 of the new Visit Cornwall site, we have some manual processes like requesting for awards and accreditations to be added. With future releases, there will be self-managed options available.

Custom Packages

We would like to encourage our members to create packages that work for them. This will be reflected in future pricing models that allow users to only pay for what they need, creating custom packages that suit every individual's business.

Our Roadmap

As we complete the launch of the new Visit Cornwall site, we have a short-term and long-term road map. All public-facing developments are aimed at simplifying and focusing the user's journey to help them find relevant information and services quickly. All member-facing features are aimed at supporting members to create the most compelling offerings with a clear return on investment.
