We proudly serve Camel Valley Darnibole Bacchus, an exclusive Cornish wine available at just one other restaurant in the UK. Beer lovers can enjoy NOAM, a Bavarian brew developed at The Technical University of Munich, the world’s leading institute for brewing science.

    We believe in sourcing with integrity—our fruit and vegetables are 100% organic, our cheese selection highlights both local Cornish producers and internationally acclaimed varieties, and our Iberian ham is of the highest quality. Pair it all with our B Corp-certified coffee, crafted for both sustainability and superior taste.
