Lappa Valley
Lappa Valley — Cornwall’s secret world of play and trains.
Lappa Valley is the only attraction in Cornwall that transports families on an exciting nostalgic steam train ride into a secret world of traditional fun and family adventures.
Children will delight in the thrill of train and boat rides, explore nature, and let off steam in our outdoor spaces. Then explore The Engine Shed, which is home to our multi-level indoor soft play area and café where you can refuel in comfort with delicious home-cooked meals.
Located in the rolling Cornish countryside just outside Newquay, we’re one of the best days out in Cornwall for families. You will discover a fantastic day of adventure and discovery. Pay once and play all day, with all activities included in your admission price. With a whole host of family-friendly activities including three railways, this is a day of family fun not to be missed.
The railways run through this oasis of conservation, where wildlife thrives in a protected environment. As well as the trains you can enjoy our leisure park and some of our latest additions - including a new 12-hole accessible adventure golf course and a 10-hole disc golf course.
There are also pedalo swans on the lake, a toddler’s path maze, trampolines, woodland walks, and outside adventure play areas to discover. Don’t forget to get a snack, drink, or ice cream at The Crib Hut.
A warm welcome is offered to one and all, regardless of ability. We offer wheelchair access and accessible toilets plus a full-size Changing Places toilet. Please see our website for full accessibility information.
We are open all year-round and stage special events like our popular fireworks and Father Christmas experience. We also host birthday parties in our dedicated party room.
