February half term is just around the corner and National Trust places near you are bursting with family-friendly activities to keep the kids entertained.

Cotehele
Little Gardeners Family Trail 17-23 February. 10am-4pm Become a Little Gardener and complete activities such as sowing seeds, flower counts, smelling herbs and using wheelbarrows to help the garden get ready for spring. Price: Free (normal admissions apply). Booking not required.
Glendurgan
Spring Awakening at Glendurgan Garden 15 – 23 February. 10.30am-4pm Listen for birdsong, look for tiny shoots breaking through the soil, and feel the first warmth of spring sunshine as you explore Glendurgan’s exotic valleys. Price: Free (normal admissions apply). Booking not required.
Godolphin
February Half Term at Godolphin 15 – 23 February. 10am-4pm Follow the trail of Harry the Hedgehog as he wakes up from winter hibernation and gets ready for spring. Price: Free (normal admissions apply). Booking not required.
Free entry for National Lottery Open Week 15-23 February. 10am-5pm We’re saying thank you to National Lottery players with free entry to Godolphin. Bring along proof of purchase of a lottery ticket or scratch card (hard copy or digital) and one lottery ticket or one scratch card = one free adult admission (accompanying children under 18 free). Price: Free (with proof of purchase). Booking not required.
Trelissick
Half term sketchbook trail 15 – 23 February. 10am-4.30pm Collect a sketchbook from the welcome team in reception and use it to guide your visit through the garden. There are 8 prompts in the booklet to help you explore, draw and be creative during a visit to Trelissick. Price: Free (normal admissions apply). Booking not required.
Trengwainton Garden
February Half Term at Trengwainton 16 – 23 February. 10am-5pm Join the garden as it wakes from its winter slumber and spot the signs of spring popping out as you explore. Price: Free (normal admissions apply). Booking not required.
Penrose
Signs of spring family walk 19 & 22 February. 10am-12noon, 1.30-3pm Join for a family friendly walk at Penrose looking for signs of spring. Guided by one of the volunteer walk leaders. Children of all ages are very welcome. Price: Free (normal admissions apply). Booking not required.
