It is a perfect escape for “just the two of you” and a haven for that romantic break you have been promising yourself.

Tripadvisor
The village of Malpas is a former vibrant river port which connected Truro (and it’s cathedral) to the Roseland Peninsula via a local ferry service. It is based on the confluence of the Tresillian and Truro rivers in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Fal River Estuary, which is also known as Carrick Roads (Cornish Dowr Carrek, meaning “rock anchorage”) is a very popular location for many water sports.
