A country retreat...
Take a stroll to the village shop or pub, both just 500 meters away, or travel just 2 miles to the picturesque seaside village of Portreath with its sandy beach and historic harbour. The beach is popular with both swimmers, stand up paddleboarders, kayakers and surfers alike; it’s also ideal for families, dog walkers or anyone who wants to take advantage of the stunning Cornish coastline.
Portreath has an array of shops, pubs, and restaurants and the beach is dog friendly (with some seasonal restrictions). There are numerous walks from your doorstep, ideal for those after a more active break. Explore the famous South West Coast Path or Coast-to-Coast cycle trail from here. Superb central location offers easy access to visit west and mid Cornwall including St Ives (16 miles), Truro (10 miles), Perranporth (11 miles), Newquay (18 miles) and the National Trust’s Godrevy (7.5 miles)
