  This apartment is located on the ground floor of a late Victorian end of terrace townhouse situated just above the centre of Fowey. Sleeping 2, with a very spacious feel, your own living and kitchen space and bathroom, luxuriously fitted with original artwork and antique furnishings and artwork, this apartment offers the ultimate as a cosy and romantic get away. There is a connecting door (usually locked) linking to Marners Rock No 2 above. When combined the whole property can accommodate up to 8 people, with two living rooms, 2 fully fitted kitchens, providing a unique holiday house for two families, or multi-generational groups travelling together with the added benefit of separate space and private time!   This apartment accessed via its own front door is spread predominantly over 2 upper floors of the same Victorian house as No 1 has been finished to the same level of luxury and comfort as with the rest of the brand. From almost every room the apartment boasts fantastic views over Fowey to Place (a magnificent private family residence), up river and over to Polruan and benefits from sun filled light throughout the day from early morning until evening. No expense has been spared or detail overlooked to ensure comfortable and relaxed space for all the family. TV’s to all bedrooms and living spaces ensure plenty of choice of entertainment for wetter days, with all sorts of private spaces to curl up and read a book or simply find some peace. The master bedroom at the top of the house offers spectacular views even from the bathroom. Interconnected kitchen and living space and the attached terrace is ideal for entertaining guests or just a fun night in.   Located at the end of Esplanade, this unique 3 bedroom apartment offers exquisite and unrivalled views over to Porluan, out to sea and over the entire estuary. Whatever the weather, storms or sunshine, this is the place to watch the cruisers, china clay ships, yachts, dinghies, super yachts and all the river based activities in ultimate comfort and cosiness all year round. It is this above mentioned view that brought the owners to Fowey and it is from here that we established the high benchmark of luxury which is now very much part of our brand. We sought to provide a holiday home that offers the best in luxury and comfort that discerning travellers come to expect for a boutique 5* experience. The principal room provides all the space for a very social and relaxed gathering, all benefitting from the unique views. Many guests choose to dine at home as the environment is unbeatable even when compared to some of Fowey’s best eateries. For the younger generation there is a separate cabin room for sleeping, films/TV or gaming. The luxurious main bedrooms are to the rear of the flat with the most comfortable of beds, bedding and highest quality 400TC Egyptian linen. Sleeps 6 (plus infants)
