Woodlands Manor Farm, and Bude Holiday Cottages are set on a beautiful and historic 17th Century Farm situated at the top of the Coombe Valley, close to Duckpool beach. The Farm offers seven 5-star rated Bude holiday cottages, two luxury Mongolian glamping yurts, an indoor pool, and an unforgettable Cornish farm holiday.

You are guaranteed a warm welcome and fabulous facilities to enjoy – a games room with soft play area, playing field and outdoor play, a heated indoor swimming pool, feed the animals experience, stunning woodlands, and fast-speed broadband.

We are just two miles from the stunning National Trust beaches of Duckpool and Sandymouth, and close to the unspoiled seaside town of Bude, which has the famous Bude seapool, boutique shops, and fabulous restaurants.

Cottages

We have seven beautiful cottages at Woodlands Manor Farm. From cosy two-bed beds with a log burner, to the historical Manor House that sleeps twelve, there is something for everyone. Many of our guests book multiple cottages for large gatherings and special occasions.

Yurts

Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime with our unique glamping experience in Budhyn and Fenton Yurts. Nestled in the picturesque valley, our yurts are luxurious and fully equipped with a dedicated bathroom and kitchen area for each yurt. Enjoy your evenings with a BBQ and fire pit under the stars and wake up to the breathtaking natural surroundings. With full access to all the facilities at Woodlands Manor Farm, including the large heated indoor pool and games room, you and your family will never be short on entertainment.

The Swimming Pool - regardless of age you will enjoy the heated indoor pool at Woodlands. Lane swimming or kids playing there are no limits to the fun. The pool is kept at a warm 30 degrees so it’s a comfortable swim all year round.

The Games Room - is a hot favourite with all our guest and provides a great chance for all ages to relax and enjoy a wide range of games and activities - we have soft play, table tennis, foosball, GIANT connect four, darts and pool.

Outdoor Play - we provide a playing field complete with a magnificent view, swings / climbing frame and slide. The field also has two football goals, for that impromptu kick around with the kids.
