  The Manor Farmhouse

  The Manor is a large traditional Grade II-listed farmhouse. Listed as 17th Century or earlier it retains many original features including low lintels, slate floors, and magnificent fireplaces. Holiday guests will be delighted with the mix of old and new. With six characterful bedrooms, The Manor sleeps 12 + cots. All bedrooms have romantic bedsteads and children will love the secret spaces, maids staircases, and maze of bedrooms leading into one another. Downstairs The Manor boasts three lounges, a dining room, and a large kitchen/conservatory. Comfortable sofas in all sitting rooms allow guests to appreciate the large wood burner. Cooks will relish the four-oven Aga in the kitchen/breakfast room, which leads into the conservatory, where the sun can be enjoyed even if the wind is blowing! We also have a standard range oven to compliment the Aga, so no need to worry if you haven’t used an Aga before. Outside is a delightful private mature garden and a courtyard, easily accessed from the conservatory. This is one of the seven-holiday cottages with access to the heated indoor swimming pool. All in all this spacious Cornish farmhouse is our pride and joy.

  Rose Cottage

  Rose Cottage is a large stone barn conversion. With four bedrooms the cottage sleeps 8 + Cots. On the ground floor there is a generous open-plan living-room with a fully equipped kitchen, a large 10 seat dining area and a cosy lounge around a stone fireplace with a wood-burner. Downstairs there is a large bedroom with a king size double bed and a shower-room. From the hall stairs lead up to the first floor sitting-room with spectacular views over the valley and woodlands and a further three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The large upstairs bedroom of this Bude holiday cottage has a spectacular wrought iron king size four-poster bed. There are a further two twin rooms leading from the main hallway. Rose Cottage has a walled orchard at the back of the property and a front garden area with private picnic benches and loungers to enjoy our long summer days.   The Stables

  Set away from the other cottages, The Stables has been thoughtfully converted to provide every comfort for guests. The luxurious interior is furnished to a high standard. The open plan living room with its well-equipped kitchen, comfortable seating area and under-floor heating will ensure that guests are warm and cosy, year-round. The two bedrooms are separate with steps leading either up or down to them and both have en suites, crisp white bed linen, and towels. Both rooms have zip and link beds so can be set up as a king-size or a twin. The lounge opens up to a beautiful view over the valley and stone patio with private outdoor dining and BBQ.   Jasmine Cottage

  Jasmine is a three bedroom barn conversion perfect for friends and family. With three bedrooms the cottage sleeps 6 + cots. Downstairs you are greeted with a large open-plan living area and a beautiful stone wood burner. The dining area boasts a 10-seat farm table. The kitchen has a dishwasher, two fridge freezers, microwave, fan-assisted oven, and ceramic hob. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and a family bathroom with a shower/ bath WC and wash basin. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, the second is a spacious room with a king-size bed and stunning view over the valley, the third has a zip and link bed that can either be set up as a king-size bed or twins. The cottage has super fast WIFI and UHD Smart TV. Outside space is abundant, including the sunken garden and picnic benches. Lavender can be extended to sleep 10 + cots by opening the secret bookcase and accessing Lavender Cottage. The combined cottages boast two kitchens and two lounges, 2 twins and 3 doubles, 2 with ensuite.   Lavender Cottage

  Lavender cottage is a quaint two bedroom single-story stone cottage with an open-plan living area. The living area comprises a well-equipped kitchen, a four-seat dining table, and a large corner sofa. The master bedroom has a king-sized double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower over bath, WC, and wash basin. The second bedroom is a twin single next to the second bathroom that has a shower room with WC and wash basin. The kitchen has a built-in larder fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and fan-assisted oven with ceramic hob and quartz worktop. Outside space is abundant, including the sunken garden and picnic benches. The wifi is super fast broadband and there is a 49″ UHD Smart TV.   The Coach House

  The Coach House is a cosy two bed stone barn conversion of the original farm coach house. It has a perfect view over the rest of the cottage estate, and offers guests the ideal base for exploring this stunning area of North Cornwall. Enjoy the comfort of a stylish interior, immaculately presented with an open plan, kitchen/dinner/lounge, and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs you will discover a spacious and luxurious bedroom with a king-size link bed, TV and beamed ceilings. The wifi is super fast broadband and there is a 49″ UHD Smart TV. Outside space is abundant, including the sunken garden and picnic benches. The laundry is on site if needed. A restful time is assured at The Coach House and after finding a good local pub, or enjoying a walk along the beautiful coast path, you will return back home with all batteries recharged.   Honeysuckle Cottage

  Honeysuckle Cottage is a spacious Cornish holiday cottage for two. The cottage is all on one level, which makes it a great choice for guests who are unable to manage stairs easily or little ones. A comfortable three-seat sofa faces a stone fireplace with a wood burner, whilst the kitchen area boasts a hand-crafted pine dresser and vaulted ceilings. The bedroom has a king-size pine bed with a door to the patio and fantastic views over the valley. Outside is a private courtyard with outdoor seating. You will be perfectly placed to enjoy the amazing views over the valley at any time of day.   Budhyn Yurt

  Woodlands Manor Farm has two luxury glamping Yurt options for guests – called Budhyn (Cornish for meadow) and Fenton (Cornish for spring). The yurts are 5.8m in diameter and are 3m high in the centre. They are equipped with a super king-sized (6ft) double bed and two single beds and have a high-end Nordpeis Orion stove in the centre. The beds are all made up with crisp white linen with two pillows and a hand towel and fluffy bath sheet per person. There is complementary broadband Wi-Fi and each yurt has a large picnic table just outside the door. Each yurt gets its own kitchen area with a fridge/ice box, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and a two-ring induction hob. There is also a folding table and folding chairs in each kitchen area so guests can eat indoors if it’s raining. In each kitchen, there are two USB charging points for laptops, tablets, and phones etc. Each yurt also gets a Webber BBQ and there is a large area outside area under cover so the BBQ can be used even if it is raining. In addition to the kitchen, each yurt also gets its own washing up area and of course, we supply frying pans, saucepans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, and cutlery. Essentially, we provide everything you need to make food and eat it. Finally, each yurt gets its own shower room with WC and hand basin. The shower room is kept warm by virtue of a large, heated towel rail. Guests staying in our yurts get access to all the facilities offered by Woodlands Manor Farm, the large heated indoor swimming pool, the games room with soft play, the outdoor playground, the playing field with 5-a-side football goals, the woodland walk and the opportunity to help feed the farm animals. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome, please bring all bedding and dog bowls.
